Frankie is blessed to be the first WPER team member! In the Summer of 1999 WPER came on the air, and is still strong and growing for Christ. God has blessed WPER in so many ways through these years and I truly believe the best days of this radio ministry are yet to come!  Thanks to our amazing team of supporters for helping us touch lives for Christ everyday.
